Well its been a while since I have hopped on here to wright something new about me.
So long in fact that I got married and am now Mrs Landucci ^ ^* <3

I am extremely happy with my husband, and we have already gotten settled in and are loving
the new place that we have found Its near to his school and my work so thats nice for us.
We are now filing for his green card, we are finding this to be a lot harder then it seems
but we hope that all will go well and he will at lest be able to work around jan next year.
If any one knows how to help feel free to let me know ^ ^*

Now for the news about Mrs Patsy,
I got another letter the other day from her witch was verry nice, I really enjoy reading
each e-mail I get from her. Each shows how she dose not look down on me, but is still there
to help guide me when I ask for her help.

Well on to the letters:

Hello Patsy,

I was extremely happy when I received your email, because I never thought I would be able to speak with you.
God truly is great ^-^* I am sorry for taking so long to write back though. To answer your question as to how
I found the radio station, I really just stumbled On to it when I googled your name, I wasn’t able to find it
in time to hear it. This Saturday I hope to hear it though, it sounds really interesting. I live in America ,
(where I live)

I have lived here since I was four or five years old.
Mom had had it for some time she got it from a friend a friend when they where cleaning out her garage. When I
was around 12 I was really getting in to reading so my Mom suggested this book. I was starting to get in to
the Japanese culture as well because of the anime shows on t.v at the time. She knew that and thought it might
interest me. As you must of found out by now my books in American. : )

To say the lest it did, its been one of my favorite books since then, I have read it over 15 times since then.
I lent it to my friends and every time they would bring it back I would read it again. Most of the time it was
because I loved it the other times it was because I needed to remember that God had some one out there for me.
I have had to turn down a lot of nice guys because they didn’t love God. I still pray for them even now but its
not easy, as you know, to say no.

I am so happy that you would allow me to start working on the pages, thank you. I have been drawing almost all
my life, it something I think God will use for him.

I have a question for you, would you want the people I draw to be what I saw when I was reading or what they really
look like? I already have a few lay outs for pages in mind, but I want your input before starting. Would you like to
see a sample of my art? That’s amazing that it’s going to become a movie, when do you expect them to be done with it?
Will it be released like other movies? Or is it going to be released on DVD? Either way when it comes out I am excited
to see it.

Its very nice to meet you as well, like I said before I didn’t know if you would be able to respond back. For me I was
a dream to talk to you I know that sounds funny, but like my brother said its like if he had e-mailed his favorite drummer
and had him respond. It’s just a very cool thing.

As for my last name Greene, I am what you would call a mut. I am Irish, Scottish, Germen, Italian and Welch. I enjoy all
cultures; they each have something to offer. I enjoy their food most though I love tasting how each culture prepares different
foods it’s very interesting.

I still live with my parents as of now, but hopefully I will be getting a job soon and will be able to move out with my best
friend. I am a semi student at the moment, I am working to get my G.E.D because I was home schooled. After that I hope to go
to Clavrey Chappell Bible College Marietta , A friend of mine is about to finish his last semester in Wales .
My dream is to have the story I am working on now to be published, that’s still a few years off yet. Most of all I just want
to fallow what God has for me, when I was younger I ran from him, now I want to thank him for loving me and go and do what he’s
called me to do, still shaky on what but we are getting there. I hope you don’t mind but I attached a picture of myself on to
this e-mail so you have a better idea who you are talking to. : )

Hi Rebekah,

I'm sorry for not writing for a long time. I meant to write sooner to answer some of your questions. But I've been busy with speaking engagements, guests in my home, Easter, and jury duty for the last two weeks. At last I have some time to answer questions!

I have a question for you, would you want the people I draw to be what I saw when I was reading or what they really look like? I already have a few lay outs for pages in mind, but I want your input before starting. Would you like to see a sample of my art?
I think you should draw the people as you saw them when you read my book. I would love to see a sample of your art.

Is your job at the station fun, interesting? What do you do there?

Actually, it's not a job. Walter and I are just very involved on the board of "A Woman's Special Touch" Christian radio ministry. As with many ministries, all our work is voluntary and unpaid, but we enjoy serving the Lord in this way. We help the host Norma Bonds with phone call responses, mailings, and fund-raising projects. Through the years, I have been interviewed for the radio show about 12 times. My most recent interview was aired on April 18th.

That’s amazing that it’s going to become a movie, when do you expect them to be done with it? Will it be released like other movies? Or is

it going to be released on DVD? Either way when it comes out I am excited to see it.
The movie of Heart's Desire is making good progress, but probably won't be released for another year or later. The producers plan to put it in theaters and on DVD. I will keep you posted. In the meantime, please pray for the work that still needs to be done to perfect the script, gather the actors and actresses and camera crew, etc. Also $2,000 must be raised for it yet. Please remind me to send you a copy of the DVD when it is made.

Now, what about you? Are you in good health?

(Herhusband) and I are fine. I just had my 66th birthday this month. Walter is 70. In August we will celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary. God has blessed us with a beautiful and happy marriage. We do not have physical children, but we feel fulfilled and blessed with dozens of spiritual children in the faith. Lately, (her husband) has been busy planting a vegetable garden in our backyard: tomatoes, cucumbers, Japanese eggplants, beans, peppers, zucchini, etc. In summer, we enjoy going fishing near the Nevada border. The farm where my book took place is still in the family, and my sisters own it. Walter and I go there often to check on it and pick fruits from the trees.

Rebekah, thank you again for your interest in my book. I am so pleased that you love reading Heart's Desire! Did the new Heart's Desire book and booklets I sent you reach you safely? I look forward to hearing from you again.

Hello Pasty, ^-^*

Please don’t worry about it, life gets realy busy sometimes. I know this because just recently have had my boy friend of a year propose to me. His names Toby, a lot has happened along the way. Thankfully God is leading us so I am grateful for that. I am sorry that I have not been able to write you sooner than this. Things have just jumped out of nowhere for me, but I really wished to get back to you now that I have the time.

I would love to show you the two small drawings I have started on, but since I just moved in to my new place I don't have a scanner yet. They are the designs of you and Walter in the story, when I am able to get to a scaner they will be on their way to you. Though I am able to include the site I post all my art on at the bottom of this e-mail.

Any time I show you my art for the manga please feel more than free to add what you think. If you would like something added or changed please feel free to tell me and I will do as requested.

I was thinking about doing the clothing style a little more modern to catch the younger crowds eye. I have so many ideas and I can't wait to draw more out for you and (her husband) to see.

On a personal note I wanted to ask you something, as a new couple how did you and (her husband) study with God? Did you go through a couples book? Or did you do something else. We both wish to keep close to God since He has blessed us enough to bring us to each other.

Going back to what I asked before about your volunteer work, it sounds like you really enjoy the time you and Walter spend helping Mrs Bonds. I can't say that I have found my place in my church yet, but I hope God will lead me to help some where soon, if that's my calling.

I will be praying for the movie as well, I am looking forward to it so much I think when it comes out I will take my girls group to see it ^ ^* if we do I will take photos to show you.

They did and I am having a good time reading them. I am even translating one. My friend gave me katakana flash cards to help me learn a little of it. So I am using the book you sent me to practice by finding some of the words I can recognize. I have really enjoyed talking with you and am once again sorry for not being in contact with you more. Dear Rebekah,

It's so nice to hear from you again! I, too, have been very busy, and apologize for not keeping in contact with you better.

How exciting that your boyfriend has proposed to you!! I pray for you and Toby that you will seek God's perfect will for your lives every step of the way. Engagement is an important time of preparation for marriage. One of the most helpful things (her husband) and I did after we got engaged was to attend Bill Gothard's Basic Youth Seminars. Many times couples love each other, but don't go into marriage with the same biblical understanding of a husband's and wife's role. Many false assumption and misunderstandings can be avoided by attending such a conference together, before you marry.

I forwarded your drawings and your website to Ann Ault, the screenwriter of the movie of Heart's Desire. She and I both agree that you are a very talented artist. We really liked your drawings! We would love to see the designs of me and Walter in the story. Please send them to us, when you get a scanner.

You mentioned that you have moved to a new place. Please email me your new address. If you would like, I could send you a copy of the screenplay script. It follows my book closely, but it also shows what Walter was thinking and doing while I kept rejecting him. My book was written from only my point of view, so the reader doesn't get to know what Walter was feeling and doing, when he was away from me. The movie shows the truth about Walter's side of the story. It will be a lovely, meaningful movie.

Concerning finding your place in your church, sometimes God calls people to serve Him outside the church. Not everyone was meant to be active in church activities. We go to church to worship God and to become equipped to serve Him wherever He leads us. He calls some to serve within the church; but He calls many to go out to serve Him with the special talents He has gifted them in.

(Her husband) and I do not get very involved in ministries within the church, because God has called us to minister to elderly Buddhist relatives and friends and be active board member of the "A Woman's Special Touch" radio program. God continues to call me to write Christian booklets, do speaking engagements, and do whatever God asks me to do from day to day. If we went to every class and church activity available, as wonderful as they all are, we would have no time or energy to do God's will and calling in our lives.

God has called Norma Bonds to host a Christian radio program (A Woman's Special Touch), do speaking engagements, write and paint for Him. If she got involved in various ministries within her church, she would have to neglect what God has "called" her to do.

Rebekah, since God is calling you and has gifted you to draw for Him, you may be one of those who may not find your "real" niche serving in church activities. I think that is true of many creative people. Ann Ault also serves God passionately through her acting and writing talents, but is not able to join everything happening at her church.

Yes it is, its odd to think my name is now Mrs Landucci( I will explaine that part later in the e-mail), unlike you I think I got a longer name then before, its ok though I like his name : ) . We have been going through books and things, and with my grandmas help we have been able to attend a sermon on the “Fire proof mirage! Series. It just with so many people telling us what to do it gets confusing to find the one just for us. That’s why I have been looking at a lot of things and asking the older Christian couples in my life that I trust what they did, it makes things easier to look over.

I am very honored to hear that you and Miss(Mrs) Ault like my drawings, I only have a few newer works up due to very little time to work on PhotoShop. Thankfully I have more time to sketch on paper and on breaks at work I can sketch out ideas for the pages of the manga.

Good news on the scanner, I was able to visit my Moms house the other day and used the scanner they had : ) . So far I only have some faces of you and Walter scanned, but I am working on a cover page idea as well as Joanne, your sisters and you as a young girl.. So now that I have excess to a scanner it will be simpler to get you more progress photos.

I would be overjoyed to have a copy of the screenplay, it would help so much is how to lay every thing out in the manga and how to set the mood for certain chapters. You have do much for me its brought me to tears some times, you have given me hope that my art is what God has been calling me to do. I have been on the fence for so long. Yes Toby and I had to find a place to live because sadly my family was losing our house, any prayers you can offer for my sisrer, her family and My Mother ,Father and two brothers would help so much. Due to the house being lost and Toby needing to be able to work, since he is on a student visa, We needed to have a per-ceremony to let his paper work get started.

Also He wanted to do the right thing and go by what God said and take care of me, another reason why we got married a little sooner then planed. Thankfully we will still be able to have the ceremony in December so his Mom will be able to come over from England.

Hearing your reassuring words have continually brought me hope for Gods plains for My husband and I. Not only that to serve God I do not have to find a place in the church but be able to find something different. I have looked up to you and your dedication ever since I was very young and has helped me find my second love ( the first being God) I just wanted to thank you for every thing.
